I designed a one-page sheet that stays with the home, for anyone who lives with a heat pump. A companion checklist for installers is a second idea. Both are proposals, shared for feedback.

I redesigned the UK energy performance certificate as a web page that tells owners what to do next. I then compared it with the Scottish proposal. It is still an untested concept.

A free, plain-English guide to heat pumps, built from our own install. It includes tools that show how big a unit is, where it can go and how loud it is.

I took the Storybook component principle to PDF report generation. A theme layer now makes every Matrix 360 export follow the same documented conventions.

Policy wordings run from a few lines to a full page, and our data had gaps. I designed a comparison that stays usable for both, then shaped a smaller first release the business could ship.

I built my own portfolio site end-to-end with Framer's AI agent and Claude, to see how far a no-code, AI-driven workflow could take a real site.

I moved M360 from static Figma handoff to interactive, near-production prototypes, by combining Figma MCP components with existing code components in Storybook.

I joined Matrix 360 in March 2026 and found that configurable reports weren't working for users who didn't yet know what they needed. With product insight, I designed a browsable Product Intelligence area. It is now the most used part of the product.

I redesigned the Engage risk profile report so advisers are proud to share it. The format, look and language now convey trust and quality.

I built a new MSM design system for a short-term car insurance journey, then proved it could be swapped to the incoming MONY brand overnight.

I redesigned a SaaS sign-up flow to meet AAA accessibility standards.

I redesigned DirectSoccer's checkout to build trust and reduce friction.

I evaluated, piloted, and rolled out Userflow as Defaqto's user-adoption platform across three products — from vendor selection, to stakeholder buy-in, to live guided tours.

I ran a Miro mapping exercise with a teammate, to plot available Uxcel courses against the six skills-matrix categories, then agreed where to focus the team's training for balanced UX maturity.

I ran a design sprint with Red Badger to fix navigation and findability in Engage. I built the new design around a client hub, simple tabs, cards and a left-hand navigation.

I standardised Engage's Figma libraries and page templates into a governed, component-led design system, then extended the same discipline to the email and Word report templates it generates.
